Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe

An easy, simple, savory and gourmet way to enjoy brussel sprouts at your next family dinner or holiday meal!

  • 2 small bags brussel sprouts whole or pre-chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive or avocado oil extra virgin
  • 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sea salt we use Celtic!
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 sprinkle black pepper optional


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Dice brussel sprouts in halves or quarters (FYI: the smaller they're chopped, the faster they'll cook!)
  • Toss all ingredients together in a 9 x 13” pan, and stir well.
  • Roast uncovered for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked to your liking!


These make a great side dish whether it's for a weeknight family dinner, Thanksgiving or winter holiday.  You can't go wrong!
